Schedule of Rates
Effective as of July 1, 2024
Base Performance Day Rates:
| Monday to Thursday | $2,200.00 |
| Friday, Saturday, Sunday | $2,400.00 |
| Statutory Holiday | $3,200.00 |
| Overtime Rate: | $400.00 per hour |
One (1) eight (8) hour rental period includes:
- One (1) Technical Director or designate for seven and one-half (7.5) hours. Additional technical support is charged per technician at the hourly rate listed below (Other Charges)
- One (1) Front of House Coordinator or designate for six (6.0) hours
- Ushers/Ticket Takers during performance times
- Access to all Performer resources for eight (8.0) hours and access to all Audience resources for six (6) hours
(Note that access to the lobby, concession and coat check is limited during school hours.)
Additional Charges That Apply To All Events:
| Capital Improvement Fee Seat Levy | $1.00 per seat /per performance |
| Technical support | $50.00 hr/ per technician, as needed |
| FOH support | $45.00 hr/per additional supervisor, as required |
| Venue Security | $32.00 hr/per guard, as required |
| Ticket Printing | See Schedule D – Box Office |
| Promotional and Lobby sales | 10% of gross sales if applicable |
| Steinway 9 ft. Grand Piano | If required for event - $320.00 (includes mandatory tuning) |
| Extra clean-up | At cost |
Non Performance Day Rates: (No Audience):
| Monday to Thursday | $2,000.00 |
| Friday, Saturday, Sunday | $2,200.00 |
| Statutory Holiday | $3,000.00 |
| Overtime Rate: | $360.00 per hour |
One (1) eight (8) hour non-performance rental period includes:
- One (1) Technical Director or designate for seven and one-half (7.5) hours
- Access to all Performer Resources for eight (8) hours
PLEASE NOTE: ALL TICKETED EVENTS MUST BE TICKETED BY THE BELL PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE. NO OTHER TICKETS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE VENUE. All online ticket sales must be done by the bell performing arts centre. The use of other online sales platforms is not permitted.
