Effective as of July 1, 2022 

Base Performance Day Rates (please see below for other charges that apply to all events):

Monday to Thursday                                       $2,000.00

Friday, Saturday, Sunday                               $2,200.00

Statutory Holiday                                            $2,400.00

Overtime Rate:                                               $380.00 per hour

Rental with supplied catering                         $100.00 Surcharge

One (1) eight (8) hour rental period includes:

• One (1) Technical Director or designate for seven and one-half (7.5) hours. Additional technical support is charged per technician at the hourly rate listed below (Other Charges)
• One (1) Front of House Coordinator or designate for six (6.0) hours
• Ushers/Ticket Takers during performance times

• Access to all Performer resources for eight (8.0) hours and access to all Audience resources for six (6) hours

(Note that access to the lobby, concession and coat check is limited during school hours.

 

Non Performance Day Rates: (No Audience):

 

Monday to Thursday                                       $1,800.00

Friday, Saturday, Sunday                               $2,000.00

Statutory Holiday                                            $2,200.00

Overtime Rate:                                               $330.00 per hour

 

One (1) eight (8) hour non-performance rental period includes:

• One (1) Technical Director or designate for seven and one-half (7.5) hours
• Access to all Performer Resources for eight (8) hours 

 

4 Hour Additional Rental with No Audience (same day)

Monday to Thursday                                        $ 950.00

Friday/Saturday/Sunday                                  $1,050.00

Statutory Holiday                                             $1,150.00

Includes:

•          One (1) Technical Director for four (4) hours
•          Access to all Performer Resources for four (4) hours

 

OTHER CHARGES:

Capital Fund Seat Levy:                     $1.00 per seat /per performance

Technical support:                              $49.00 hr/ per technician, as needed.

Venue Security:                                  $31.00 hr/per guard, as required.

Ticket Printing:                                    See Schedule D – Box Office

Promotional and Lobby sales:            15% of gross sales

Steinway 9 ft. Grand Piano:                $100.00 per rental period plus tuning fee of $200.00

Extra clean-up:                                    At cost

 

Please note: All ticketed events must be ticketed by the Bell Performing Arts Centre or TicketMaster. No other tickets will be accepted at the venue.
